Mint Chocolate Cheer

I make a hot chocolate gift in a jar. I give one to almost every one on my list and keep a few extra on hand for last minute gifts. It's so good my kids asked me to make some up for us to use. Mint Chocolate Cheer 2/3 c sugar 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1-1/3 c dry milk powder 1-2/3 c chocolate chips 4 tbsp crushed peppermint candy Layer ingredients in order given in 1 qt jar. Seal and attach card with preparation directions. To Prepare: Pour contents of jar into large saucepan. Add 4 cups milk or water. Stir over medium heat until all of the candy has melted and the drink is creamy. Add some marshmallows and a peppermint stick stirrer if desired. submitted by Danni
