You need 2 or 3 different Christmas fabrics and a length of jute or twine. Cut or tear the fabric into 1/2 by 2 1/2 inch strips and tie fabric pieces onto the jute, alternating the fabrics. Just knot the fabric on. You can use a strand of lighs ( ex. 35 light length) as the base instead of jute. Can tie fabric as thin or thick as you'd like to.
