You will need
Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix recipe
an old Christmas card
a small kitchen timer
small pot holder
med. size decorative plate
multi colored ribbon
gift basket
tissue paper
Cellothane gift wrap heat activated
sticky tape
hair dryer
Instructions
In a large bowl place the following ingredients for the Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix recipe & mix thoroughly.
After mixing, place these dry ingredients into a large wide mouthed jar. Tie ribbon around neck of jar into a nice bow.
Place crumpled tissue paper into gift basket, then decoratively arrange jar with cookie mix, a small kitchen timer, small pot holder, med. size decorative plate.
Cut Christmas card in half along the fold line & discard the side that has been written on. On plain white or colored paper print the following instructions:
Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
1 cup butter, softened Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream the butter until light, then add the eggs and beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the Snickerdoodle Mix and continue beating until the dough forms. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheets 2" apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 19 minutes, or until light gold. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Makes 60 cookies Cut instructions to size of the Christmas card & glue to non printed side. Allow to dry & add to gift basket. Cut enough heat activated cellothane wrap to cover the entire basket making sure the open end is underneath the basket. ( Follow instructions for cellothane wrap. Usually applying a med. temp hairdryer to the wrap until it shrinks) Carefully lift basket & seal the open end with tape. Print the following recipe onto white paper
