Pecan Fudge PDF Print E-mail

1 lb powdered sugar (4 1/2 cups)
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans


Butter a 9" x 5" pan. In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Spread quickly in a buttered 9"x" loaf pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
