Seafood Cocktail Ball PDF Print E-mail
(Nice make ahead dish)
 
8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened slightly
1 (6½) can of crab or shrimp, drained
½ tsp. soy sauce
 
Sauce~
1/2 c. chili sauce + or-
2 tsp. horseraddish
 
Mix first 3 ingredients and shape into ball. You may need to use plastic wrap to help you get it into a ball shape as it will be messy to manage.Lick fingers, wash hands & refrigerate the cocktail ball.Mix sauce & refrigerate that too. Before serving place ball on serving plate and pour sauce over. Serve with crackers.
