(I usually double the recipe, these go fast)
6 slices bacon, cut into 3rds
1 can (8oz.) whole water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c lite teriyaki sauce
Wrap bacon around water chestnuts & secure with tootpicks. Place in container & pour sauce over, marinate 30 minutes turning often to coat. Take them out of marinade & onto a roasting rack and bake 375º for 20 min. Or microwave on microwavable roasting rack on high for 8-9 min. covered loosely with wax paper.
